If your clients have blog content, YouTube videos, podcasts or more you can use Designrr to create attractive PDF eBooks that they can use on their website or in their other marketing activity. Clients don't always make the most of the materials they have - Designrr helps them to fix that. The software does requires you to upgrade to the full agency license to access all the features, but you can get started with the basic version for minimum investment to see if it's right for you.
PaintShop Pro (Ultimate) has come along way over the years. Now the photo software package incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) tools such as: background replacement, portrait mode, style transfer capabilities and many other features. Most importantly we've always found it pretty easy to use along with the ability to automate some of the more tedious tasks.

Got to admit we were sceptical before we tried ProWritingAid as we believe in the value of having a human editor. How wrong we were! We regularly use ProWritingAid to catch anything we might have missed; we don't always accept what it suggests, but it has proved itself to be incredibly valuable and we recommend it to everyone. For authors, coaches, marketers and business owners it's a great tool with lots of reports to help your overall writing and spot the pesky grammar and spelling mistakes too. We've also secured 20% off ProWritingAid annual and lifetime subscriptions at the moment.
Our second go-to app is Grammarly. Between this and ProWritingAid, we find it gives us everything we need. Overall, Grammarly is a little easier to use, particularly when you just want a quick grammar and spellcheck. A handy tone detector and conciseness tool help you get straight to the point. Like ProWritingAid there's a browser extension too.
